When it comes to creativity, I try to remind myself all the time to have a next play mentality. Like in sports, not every possession is going to be executed well. In fact, turnovers and mistakes are expected. The key is to make sure I don’t dwell on them too long for the opposition to take advantage.
I’ll echo what Eric highlighted. You’ve taught me that what I put out doesn’t have to be perfect, but it’s a great way to draw people into my circle, and build connections I may not have otherwise formed before. And yes it’s been very rewarding!

Yeah that's a great analogy! Keep burying the poorly executed projects or artifacts with new ones. (We all have them)
